Purpose

CROWN’s purpose, as defined in its statutes (Article 3), is to fight identity-based discrimination through research, technology, clinical intervention, and evidence-based advocacy. The association pursues exclusively nonprofit objectives. No economic advantage is conferred upon members. All resources are allocated exclusively to the mission.

Applicable Law

CROWN is governed by Swiss law, in particular Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (CC). The statutes were adopted on 9 February 2025.
