These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website crown.ngo (“Website”), operated by CROWN, a Swiss association registered in the Canton de Geneve (“CROWN,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Website.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. CROWN is a nonprofit association constituted under Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code, registered with the Geneva Commercial Register. CROWN’s mission is to fight identity-based discrimination through research, technology, clinical intervention, and evidence-based advocacy.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 CROWN’s Content
All content published on the Website — including but not limited to text, graphics, data, images, logos, page layout, and software — is the intellectual property of CROWN or its licensors and is protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The following are trademarks or proprietary designations of CROWN:

- “CROWN Hair DNA”

3.2 Permitted Use
You may access and view the Website for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may share links to Website pages and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution to “CROWN (crown.ngo).”

Academic researchers may cite CROWN’s published data and findings with proper academic citation, in accordance with standard scholarly practice.

You retain ownership of your submissions. You may request deletion of your submitted content at any time by contacting contact@crown.ngo, subject to any legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.
